Teachers
We frequently get emails from people that are looking for a teacher. These emails come from all corners of the world. Unfortunately we can usually not help, since we don't know of teachers in other countries.
On this page we have started compiling a list of Tibetan language teachers. Unfortunately, the list is very short! If you teach, you can send us your contact information, and we will add you to the list. This is, of course, of no cost to you.
If you have a teacher that you think might benefit from being on this list, please let him know of this option.
If you are searching for a teacher, then there are two things you should do. First contact you local Tibetan support group, and if that does not work, try contacting you local Dharma centers.

| I teach Central Tibetan and as well as Amdo Tibetan. I have been teaching Tibetan for over 6 years and taught at the University of Virginia for Summer Tibetan Program. I have few students in Vancouver and also teach via skype to few students in US and other parts of the world. | I have been teaching Tibetan language to Tibetan kids at Sunday School in Portland for almost 5 years. I gained lots of teaching experience during these years. Right now, I have two American kids as private students. Both the Sunday School kids and the private tuitoring students are doing excellent job. They are my inspiration to continue my teaching career as part time. I shall be more than happy to take more students in Portland Metros. |
